Default Dave Cooper Trialers

Just wondering if anyone on the org, has used and bought a trialer from these guys.

This is the one i was thinking about getting, the one thing i need to find out about it is how wide is the wheel channel and would it take a standard sports bike

Not owned one but when I was looking last year there were a few of these about. I could never find one that would take a sports bike though, they were all narrow channels like that one and had stupidly low pay load limits so I guessed they only catered for crossers?

Looking at http://www.davecooper.co.uk/bike_trailers.asp

The image you have posted looks like their "standard lightweight" which seems to work on about 150Kg per bike, not enough for your average sports bike....

You'll probably need the deluxe range to take the weight of a typical sports bike. Single takes up to 300Kg, Double takes 500Kg. Also has wider channels to cope with the wider bike tyres....
