Checking bolt tightness at service time
Where it says in the manual to check all your bolts/fastners etc are tight, are you supposed to
a) undo them all and then do them back up to the correct torque b) just apply the wrench to them at the correct torque c) give 'em the finger test and get back to bleeding the f*cking brakes d) other Cheers! |

Now there's a question...
If you undo them all and retorque then there's less chance they'll be siezed in when you need to undo them.

Yarp...
Actually threadlocking bolts, strangely enough seems to make them easier to get off than total neglect, I presume the plastic "barrier" on the threads stops corrosion locking them. I mostly use copperslip though
