People who sit at 48 mph in the overtaking lane of a national speed limit dual carriageway completely oblivious to the queue of traffic building up behind them and the stream of cars undertaking them.

people who post other peoples news on FB or tag them in a status about it before they get the chance to announce it themselves.
eg: Congrats to so and so [insert tag of friend here] on their engagement/birth of baby/house/etc. STFU. |

In the last year or so I've had two near misses with police cars, both times they were turning right out of petrol station in BMW's and both times they didn't bother to indicate. What scares me the most is the fact that if something happened they'd probably still manage to wiggle the blame on to me!
