Were you always this late to the party?

Hope you feel better with no lingering effects.

I had my covid booster-booster (booster²) yesterday. It didn't seem so well organised as previous times since they only had 45 doses on hand. A few people in the queue had booked an appointment a few days earlier only to be turned away as they'd run out of vaccines.

I had my COVID booster on Friday along with a flu jab. No adverse reaction apart from feeling a bit tired the next day.

Sunflower oil has become expensive as a lot of it comes from Ukraine. I'm expecting bread and flour to go up significantly too if Ukraine cannot export this year's harvest.

The idiot that hit the motorhome right hand driving mirror because he was too far away from his side of the road, who then went ballistic when he found out our mirror was undamaged but his was totally destroyed, threatening the wife and grabbing me by the throat. What was the point, it could change nothing. (That happened on Thursday).

AND the blooming new petrol going off which caused both the mower and the Cub not to run. Now the Cubs petrol tap leaks because the cork had dried out, I was too busy to look at it after draining the tank. Have left it soaking overnight - new cork if it still leaks in the morning.
