Ultimate Ear?
Has anyone dealt with ultimate ear?
I placed an order with them online for a pair of Filtered Plug as I always have problems with the foam ones so thought what the heck I would invest in a custom pair. That was two months ago to the date and still on sign of them showing up, I have emailed a number of time without getting a response apart from one with a wonderful three word answer "we received them" in refashion to my ear moulds. I have even rang to see what's happening with the response that they will be with me in 28day, the same answer every time I ring. |

Re: Ultimate Ear
I had no problem when I got mine. They are a small outfit so maybe the useful guy is on holiday or something. I'd phone them up.

Re: Ultimate Ear
Whenever I've dealt with them they have been prompt and professional.

Re: Ultimate Ear
You were unlucky then, my experience was quick delivery after I'd had the impressions taken

Ultimate Ear?
Well well they arrived in the post this morning, they may of taken a very long time to arrive but looking at then and giving then a trial fit they feel well worth the money. I will be taking then out for a test ride this afternoon so I will let you know how they hold up.

Re: Ultimate Ear?
Did you go for the silicon ones? I had the same but found I couldn't ride with them as try rested against the lining of my helmet. Putting pressure down my ear and transferring wind noise straight down the earplug onto my ear drum!
They were very tickley at first so if its the same for you just persevere as you'll get used to it! In my opinion well worth the money but I ended up using them at work rather than on the bike. Need to get another set though as I lost mine!
