Michelin Pilot Road tyres?
Need new tyres and the 160/60/17 size in the Maxxis tyres I normally have is currently unavailable anywhere. Looking at Michelin Pilot Road tyres at the moment - anyone have an opinion on them?

I have the Pilot Road 2's and they're great for me, I prefer them to the Oe (Dunlop?).
Afaik, the road 3's are out although I haven't checekd as to whether or not they are available in SV sizes. |

I'm actually after opinions on the plain Pilot Road as opposed to the PR 2 or 3. The original ones are still available at a pretty reasonable price.

Ive used them on my ZX9 and found them a bit average with no real feel.I used the Pilot Sports and they were better,but both are old hat now.I bet the tyres you are buying are really five or more years old?
