Nervous Twitches
My eyelid has developed a nervous twitch It's doing my head in! Because I can feel and see it happening. And if it gets really bad, then my eye starts watering
I feel like punching it to make it go away! |

Re: Nervous Twitches
Sounds like you're a bit run down. Get some early nights. If it's any consolation, my lower lids have been doing it so badly recently, my vision twitches around.

Re: Nervous Twitches
I occasionally get an eyelid twitch if I've been playing video games late into the night. I think that it's tiredness combined with staring at a screen for too long.

Re: Nervous Twitches
yup, had that recently - v freaky, but even more freaky as it happened in my good eye and I couldn't see too well. It persisted for a few weeks but stopped now. Try a hot compress when it has a turn.

I get that too occasionally, never lasts too long though. What's even more annoying is when it's on the underside of my arm I think it's meant to be stress-related. |
