Wooo! Pay rise!
Had an appraisal at work last week and asked for a bit more money for the extra work and responsability i have that has been sort of pushed upon me when my superiors are off. Was told they would get back to me.
They got back to me yesterday and i pretty much got what i wanted and now very happy and there is room for more money in my salary in the future. First time i had every had to do anything like what i did and please it went soooo well. They commented on how i went about it and my reasons why. Wooop Woooop!
