I don't. I had to take my sister's scooter out while she was pregnant and I can't get the things to go round corners.

I had the dubious pleasure of borrowing a scooter when my bike was in for service recently. Possibly one of the most embarrasing experiences in my life. Thank god for full face helmets! |

In fact I think he will enjoy himself on the corners. You can lean it right over. I've had the centre stand down on it! It still beats the SV on comfort stakes for the commute. 16 miles of full on town riding, only 50+ sets of lights! |

I have no issues with riding a scooter, did it for long enough!
Don't think I could go back to riding one unless it's one of the maxi scooters. I just have issues with kids riding them...i say riding...riding would show they have some skill, these kids just have luck on their side that they are not 6 feet under already |

I've just sold my Vespa PX150 this morning after 2 Years of constant use in Central London and I must say what a dream she has been. (I even made a few quid on it. How many of you out there have actually made money on a bike after two years use?) Front disk stops on a penny and even when I've hid diesel/slipped on the wet road and come off, it's been a matter of picking her back up off the road, kicking her over and getting back on my way! 5 mins with a can of spray and a bit of polish and she is back to new. Shopping was a breeze but the downside was having my wife on the back. Poor suspension and small wheels ensured that she nagged over every bump! Now I have the SV there will be no looking back! I'm loving the power, the missus is happy (as she can be) on the back and we get to waz of up the motorway too. A much better arangement.
Mitch PS: I HATE stupid kids on scooters. |

Never had one, never wanted one. Cannot stand the kn0bs that ride them.
They sound like a geordie with constipation. They have all the desirability of a steaming pile of dog poo.
