Suzuki dealers in herts/Bucks - SV650.org

I have decided that my curvy needs an overhaul as its looks very standard from the day it was bought from the dealer some 8 years ago.I have asked family members to buy xmas presents for my machine, so this morning I went to my local dealer in Letchworth to enquire about a seat cowl and rear hugger in yellow (Y9H),and some clear indicator lenses. After 15 mins looking through the catalogue and the computer he was unable to give me any cost of any of the items that I enquired about. I know that you can buy these items off the internet,but I would like to spend that little extra in getting the exact colour match.

Does anyone know in the Herts/Bucks area where I can find the same colour coded items and roughly how much they would cost?

I've lived in herts for only 18months or so now so i dont really know too many places yet.

However, if you pop in to the Hein Gericke shop in Luton and speak to a girl who woks there called Charli, she may well have some ideas. She rides a blue pointy you see.

She comes on here from time to time but not very often, so best to pop in and ask her i'd say.

No worries, glad to help. Might be worth calling and seeing if she;s working first, i dont think she does everyday. I could be wrong but there have been a couple times i popped in and she wasn't working.

You could also try Ford & Ellis in Chesham.

There's a Suzuki dealer in Amersham as well.

I got the impression from my dealer that they don't sell the genuine cowl and hugger,the only places is the internet,they did suggest powerbronze to buy accessories for the curvy.

I wonder if I'm getting confused with the one in Chesham - haven't been that way for a few years.

That would be the same Ford & Ellis that tried to sell me a workshop manual for a pointy telling me it was no different to the curvy?

They may techncally be my local dealer but I have never been back there!!
