Default Electrical Fault

Hey guys, i'm still stuck on this one. My battery became grossly overcharged and was leaking battery acid out all over the place when the bike died on me (obviously)...

I have changed the battery, rectifier and the central control unit but still no joy. I have also checked the fuses and wires and all appear to be fine. The last option is maybe the ignition relay but i have honestly ran out of ideas!

One thing i want to point out is that usually when i used to put the key in the ignition the low fuel light would light up for a few seconds and then go off again like it should. However now when i put the key in the ignition there is no low fuel light; it just not light up at all. Not to sure if it's linked...

Any help on this guys i would really appreciate this!

Cheers Dan

Going to need a bit more to go on than that, what does and what doesn't work?
