Default tesco petrol station air pumps

sorry if this has been done before but...

i am IMENSELY annoyed at my local tescos petrol station because i am now required to pay if i want to use their digital air pump to fill my tyres! this is the only digital air pump around that works (i can't work out how to use those other ones that you mainly find in shell garages). i know they aren't particularly accurate, but it's quick and easy and i usually have a pressure gauge with me to check after and make alterations if needed. anyone else had this problem?

am just really HACKED off

rant over

got one, but i find that it's even less accurate than a station one. plus i'm lazy and it's easier to do having just filled up being there at site with a digital one.

I use a digital pressure guage in conjunction with the footpump

Even worse for a car then! When we had to do the car tyres it cost us 20p, and it managed 3 tyres then had to put more money in. Petrol stations have been charging for ages I thought, perhaps its just the big supermarkets that used to do them for free?
