Legal advice req'd: Sale of Goods Act & Gift Vouchers
Can any of the legal-beagles out there help with this one?
I bought some gift vouchers on Fri for a mates wedding. It was called off. I've got £50 of vouchers that Ann Summers won't take back. Legally are they obliged to? |

buy your missus "the wave" they're £50 and she'll love you for it!
Before anyone starts getting ideas 2 of my housemates are ann summers reps so I get regular updates on new products! I also get to see what filth the girls I know have been buying! |

Why Ann Summers for a wedding? Thats a bit of a one-sided gift don't you think? At least with Curry's vouchers they can get that dvd player or part-pay for that 50" telly!
