Any of the main brands (except Michellin) are all good!!
There are plenty of reviews in the hardware/tyres section if you want ppls opinions of specific tyres |

It's a personal preferece on tyres, any sport touring tyre is more than enough for the SV650 (avoid the Dunlop D220's though)!
Avon Azaro, Avon Viper, Bridgestone 020, Bridgestone 021, Michelin PR2, Metzeler Z6 seem to be the most popular tyres on the market. |

Well I just bought these Michelin Pilot Road 2CT yesterday and had them fitted so lets see how I get on.
They should suit me well as they are dual compound, so hopefully shouldn't square off to quick from being in town but will offer good grip when I lean the bike, I hope to take the bike for a ride before the AR to scrub them in a bit more. |
