Mobile Reception
Anyone know what the mobile reception there is like? (Vodafone)
I feel very uncomfortable/cut off without mobile reception, as I'm on call 24/7 from work (own business etc), I can normally sort small issues over the phone. Thankies. |

Re: Mobile Reception
Looks promising but...
I know of 2 client sites I visit regularly which gives 0 reception and on that site it says it shold have good coverage, so I'm a little doubtful as to the accuracy! |

Re: Mobile Reception
Not a problem if there is no reception, would just like to know so I can warn my key clients.

Re: Mobile Reception
Is there nobody that could cover for you or that you trust to cover.
IIRC the reception is OK there, I certainly dont recall it being a problem when I went with the others to reccie the site, But Gruntygiggles or Stretchie will be better placed to answer the question as they've stayed there before.

Re: Mobile Reception
I do have an arrangement with a friend of mine in the same industry, but I am yet to know if he will be available. Afterall I only decided to come about an hour ago!
Only thing is, like when I annonced by unavailability for my DAS course/test several times, people still tried to call me and leave countless voicemails. This is after explicitly telling them I would NOT be able to answer becuase Id be on a frickin bike. Awkward I know, but them clients pay my bills |
