You could try this.
Take the can off, and shove a broom handle up the other end of it and push it out from the inlet end. Sometimes they silicone the baffles in and it takes a good shove to free them up. It might work it might not, worth a try though I would have thought. Is that for your 750, thats going to sound tasty that is ![]()

My baffles were well lodged in place on my Yoshi. I used the pliers pulling at the top, then bottom, then top etc and started inching it out by 10ths of a mill every time. It took ages. Once I had it out by about a cm I squirted wd40 on it and pushed it back in a bit to grease it.
I think the problem was that Yoshi had put some wierd white compound on the baffle to make it airtight. Now I have cleaned it up the baffle goes in and out really easily.

This won't work because of the kink in the link pipe prevents anything long enough from reaching it.
The baffle only going about 4 inchines deep so I might try hooking something onto the end and hammering downwards ![]() No because I havn't got enough time to connect it tomorrow and this afternoon while I left a buch of parts unattended on the patio my dog snuck out and chewed the inner part of the fairing ![]() |

My mechanic got my stubborn baffle out by putting a crowbar in and banging it out with a hammer. It had a lip on though, so that method won't work if yours doesn't.
You might find it has been spot welded in, so needs a bit of force. |

Chris, using the broom handle again, insert it into the baffle pipe then rotate it around so that the end of the handle is pushing against the inside of the pipe to the extent that you can lightly pull on the handle at the same time. This is how I've done it in the past and there's not much chance of damaging anything as you're not using a lot of force. Be patient and it should budge.
