Hi,
I'm just looking to buy a new nearside fairing for my K5 SV650S due to the Suzuki crash bung (fitted by first owner) bending in on impact with road surface and damaging fairing. Black would be easiest but anything that fits can be resprayed. If not anyone know any fairing repair specialists in SE London, Kent area? Also, swapping the fairing should be a relatively simple job, shouldn't it? And do I really need to get both sides resprayed to colour match? |

Swapping the fairings is quite easy and straight forward, undo a few bolts, remove fairing, replace with new fairing and replace bolts! If you get a black replacement you shouldn't need to get it resprayed. Oh and if you manage to get a replacement can I buy your damaged one to have a go at repairing it and fitting it to mine. Regards |
