Default Relative newbie

Hi all,

cantgetmykneedown here, formerlly getyerkneedown.

Now, before people get upset, i want to explain why i'm here.

As you're aware, my previous tenancy here wasnt the happiest of times, and i said many things which i now regret ever having posted. I paid the ultimate price for saying them, and was removed from the site. Something i accept was just.

That was 2 years ago.

I'm not here to rock the boat, and if my presence here has that affect, then i shall willingly remove myself from the .org without any fuss.

I'm here to try and bury the hatchet of yester-year. As some of you may recall, toward the end of '05, my attitude on the roads landed me with a significant ban. That ban is now coming to it's close, and once again i'm looking at returning to the roads.

I am indeed a reformed character, no stupid acts, no speeding, no running the gauntlet for cheap thrills... the last 2 years have made me realise just how much i value my license, and i do not ever intend to jeprodise it again. Furthermore, reading back over some of the comments i posted, i can clearly see why my presence was annoying and tiresome to some on here. I guess one could say i'm matured significantly since then.

My vehicle of choice to make my return to the roads, the SV. As a previous owner of an SV, i found the .org to be an invaluable resource. Hence why i find myself here.

I hope that my offer of the olive branch will be accepted, and if not, as i say, i will leave the site if that is so desired.

I'm sincerely sorry for my comments back in May 06, and for my general demeanour prior to that.

Respectfully,

Joe.

Welcome back but Joe, you so gotta change your user name. I'd have a word with Admin and see if you can't get your old one reinstated. This one is so err lame...

+1 From me also. Plus, its taken quite a lot of guts for you to write what you wrote and to come back to the site (as it was obviousley quite bad what was said / done) So well done to you. Welcome back. Drew

Hi Joe,

The past is the past. People make mistakes, they learn from them, they change.

You upset me once, you apologised via PM, matter over with as far as I was concerned.

Welcome back.
