Sidelight Indicators?
ok now i've got your attention, i'm looking at replacing my sidelights with orange LED's and wiring them to my turn signals, the reason for this is i have fitted flush mount LED's and am feeling a little underseen (if thats even a word) basically i want my side lights to still stay on all the time but flash when i activate the indicator, can this actually be done, i'm hoping a few electrical guys read this as i am so electrical dumb. sorry for the double post just trying to reach more folk.....cheers guys..

See, the problem is that good headings attract the sort of people who spend time on here doing random useless stuff. If you've got a tech query, try putting that in the thread title and then people who can actually help might look at it.
Don't mean to be preachy here BTW, just I think this is honestly the best advice I can give! |

Yes it can be done, MiniMatt has answered your question above (11th from the bottom of the list). As Bear said, put you problem in the thread title and the correct people will find it easier.
The indicator mod is completely legal too by the way, unfortunately they are not always visable and a few people have swapped back! Last edited by Dangerous Dave; 05-04-08 at 10:18 AM. |
