The off

Figured as you lot are all pretty much local to me i'd post a separate thread in here with the pictures of my poor bike in incase anyone has any particular advice on it. Alpha motorcycles are picking the bike up tomorrow to have a look at it and give me a quote on the damage (for them to repair)

Now my problem is my parents want me to sell the bike. They hated it before the off and obviously even more now. They have offered to buy me a nice car instead of the bike - which is a very tempted offer, I would normally turn it down except....it now looks like I won't be able to ride due to my collar bone until late august-midseptember provided the physio all goes well.

Therefore it might be the case that I do sell my bike, and get a car - if I do never fear I will definately look to buy another bike next year.

One more question - when buying insurance do you have to declare an accident if you didn't claim for it? The police know about it, but I'd rather not claim and have my insurance triple next year.

You should report it as a zero cost accident to your insurance, it goes on record but won't affect anything, Its just a cover incase of any comeback later on such as road furniture claims etc
