Default Speed Traps

Watch out guys, there was a big speed trap on the hogs back last night - 5 bikes, one car, and a van....- looks like they are doing a big operation in the area this week, they were on the a3 the day before.

Just a heads up!

I went over the Hogs Back the other day and was astounded to see that after who knows how much money was spent making them little lay-by things for the van to park in that one was parked in a different place on the grass. What was the sodding point of making them if they're going to park on the grass?

I know I'm going too fast when the bumps make me come off my seat (I think I've mentioned this complaint before)

On another police presence related thread, I found this interesting reading, if you're ever wondering "Why is the police helicopter over my house?"

(no, really)

You could always stop and tell them you are reporting them for parking on a clearway, camera phone, time date and reg no. The grass verge does count but it makes it even worse if they already have cut ins.

BE BRAVE AND JUST DO IT

Me learned an hour ago that Surrey police have an unmarked people carrier (something akin to a Toyota Previa), in fetching red, which was at the roadside of the Hogs Back into Guildford with an unhappy biker.

Watch out.

Its got blue lights in the grille and alternating flashy headlights.

Probably cup holders too.
