Where are the bike keys?

Cue running around the house for 15 minutes looking for them, blaming the cats, even emptying the hoover incase they'd gotten sucked up. Went outside to empty hoover bag thingy - and there they are.... in my bike... since Saturday.

And no, I'm not telling you my address

found mine in the helmet lock after watching my brother race all day in alton. hours hanging in the poor little lock swinging in the breeze, in a car park! No one took it!

Discovered on Friday that Inveraray is the sort of place where you can leave your keys in the bike, wander off for a coffee and come back 45 minutes later to find it still there.

Which was nice.

you lucky buggers it would be just my luck to do that and someone would elp themselves

I remember one time Alex leaving his key in the SV and with the electrics still on in sainsurys car park - came back to the bike still there - battery flat!
I also remember then pushing the bike up slope in order to jump start which was nice!

Done this on many ocassions in many different places (don't tell my insurance company!). Guess I don't like my bike that much!!!

Sorry Gid, let me clarify......

I've done this many on many ocassions (left my keys in the ignition or seat lock) in many different places (outside my house, at the shops, in car parks) (don't tell my insurance company! (they take a dim view of this when you try to claim but you left the keys in the ignition)). Guess I don't like my bike that much!!! (Surely I would be more careful if I liked my bike?!?!)

I went to Brands quite a few years back and lift the keys hanging from the seat lock. All day they where there harg in the wind. I can be such a bell end sometimes. lol
