Has anyone done this? If so did you find the proximity of the pipe set your toeas afire or what?
SVrash you probably did this, any ideas?

It has been known Chris, depends on your feet size, riding style and what you find a comfortable position with rearsets.
You can always weld two nuts to the pipework and make up a heat plate to bolt on. ![]() or the following idea... ![]() |

Yeah, I got a heat shield from Banditmania for about £7,it's just a bit of bent stainless with a hook on the back, and a jubilee clip. Simple but effective, it gets pretty warm but never burning hot.
I've never found proximity to the pipe to be a problem at all unless things are actually touching.
