Default m4 exaust for sv - dangerous dave your area!

hey all and dangerous dave. looking at the m4 catalogue, i like the exhausts for the gsxr750, bit like the akrapovic hexagonal cans. can you get these cans for the sv in carbon and stubby?? cheers

Do you mean the oval ones with the tapered end cap?

yea thats the one. ive only seen them on gsxrs, only seen sv's with standard round and oval ones. really like the look.

The M4 ovals are a sort of fat oval, a mix of round and oval if that makes sense.




Speak to JHS, if the diameters are the same they will sell you a GSXR can to slip-on to the SV down/link pipes if there isn't one for the SV (I would find this hard to believe though).

yea thats the one! just want it stupid stuby though. have to customise the pipework too to mount it lower by the footpegs. i'll give jhs a ring tomorrow see what they can do to help me.

yea same position, but just a lot shorter. i would like to see if i could get a buell style system, but too much pipework fabrication needed.

It will be a lot easier to go down the R6 look, the downpipes are already positioned for it.

I would bother with Buell idea, too much hassle for what would be a cosmetic modification.
