Default Advice / options slightly bent front wheel (curvy)

Hi all, just wondered if anyone can offer any advice on the possible repair of a curvy front rim... I'll try and post acouple of photos, a BLIND teenage blonde & car full of teenagers, forced me off the M1 this afternoon on their way home from the Leeds Festival..... cannot imagine how she didn't see me as I was on a YELLOW curvy, wearing a YELLOW helmet, and a HI-VIZ YELLOW vest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rant over !!

I'd thought of dolly'ing it with a copper mallet/block of wood....

Failing that, has anyone out there got a replacement wheel perhaps?

cheers

John

Well, she wouldn't do it again if you did... how did you get forum access at the side of the M1?

More seriously though, I'd be looking towards a new wheel off the other vehicles insurers, if there isn't something in the picture that alters the apparent blame.

She continued driving, while I was performing a "trying to stay on my motorcycle feat" consequently she's probably sat at home now laughing with her 17 year-old peers drinking tinnys...........

Replacement front wheels tend to expensive as they are often damaged in prangs.Depending on how bent it is it can be straightened, but I think it should be done professionally. There are engineering firms that can do it but I cant remember who does what off hand.Im sure someone on here will supply a name or two though.
???Motoliners????Alf Hagon???
