Any ICT bods, please help! PPS for tomorrow... - SV650.org

I have to give some training at work tomorrow and would like to add an already completed chart to one of the PPS slides. When I copy and paste it, I lose the borders of the chart and end up with a list of text. I've tried pasting the chart into a text box but that didn't help.

Is it because I'm trying to add a Word document to PPS? Am I on a losing battle here? I've had several weeks to plan this training and yet here I am, just over 12 hours to go, sitting surrounded by paper, getting slowly more and more frustrated.

I have no idea who else to turn to, mighty .org. Can someone please help a teacher in distress???

This is probably going to turn out to be some really easy answer, isn't it??

Cut and paste isnt going to work and I think form what you have said thats what you are trying to do, if it is thats why you are loosing all the formating.

What you want to be doing is tried inserting the word document into the powerpoint presentation.

You should have an insert option somewhere on your toolbar, click that an and then it should give the option to insert a document.
