Default Great ride, shock fitted, great day!!!

Had a visitor from the org this morning, Matt (stoppy) came by to get his new Nitron Shock Fitted. Went really well only took 30mins to fit it had a few practice runs before..

After we fitted it a test run was forced upon us as it was so sunny, so Minehead here we come, had an Ice cream, discussed shock and one very happy Matt assured me he was happy . Brill so next job, test it on the twisty A39 to Bridgwater what a good road when its clear shame the old bidders were out but enjoyed it all the same.

As we were heading towards Bridgwater i thought we'd drop in on Riders to look at some Dukes where i found Matt to be very keen on the New Monster, nice bike .. Matt sat on one and started it up and it sounded the nuts, would love to hear the Termi's on it . I think Matts putting down a deposit ..

What a great day, thanks to Matt for traveling all that way to get his shock..

Piccies time, whoop

Nice Duke!!

Also fitted me crash bungs today, went well!!

Rich

ive been fiddling with my serated blue knob and made it a bit stiffer!

sticks to road like glue. vast improvement on the stock shock and its made me much more confident through corners

cheers mate, glad you fitted it for me, i would have been there for a week gettin that done

the ride has put a curve back on my tyre, just wondering how much milage ive got left in it

I let him have it for £150 including free fitting, coffee, a Minehead ice cream and a decent test ride

and a refusal on some cake

i do like the monster, being a shorta$$ it suits me down to the ground, not sure about the windblast factor tho

saying that, with the new shock in the sv feels completley different...how a bike should be so might keep it. still got it for another 18months yet

yes you can alter the height of the shock, but that would alter the compression of the spring wouldnt it?

im 5'8...just, but iv got short legs. on the sv i can get the balls of my feet on the floor but on the monster both feet were flat on the floor
