99 (Curvy) Yokes - SV650.org

Is there any way that my SV650 yokes could end up out of line after the bike has been dropped.

Just asking as I know that it has been dropped/crashed before I bought it and I have just had the forks checked to see if they are bent at a Suzuki dealer and they were not bent?

Seems really strange as when I'm riding in a straight line the bars seem to be turned to the right very slightly.

Hiya, I had a minor argument with the back of a car on my 2000 curvy and it bent the yokes. The repair shop said the frame is really strong and the forks didnt bend so the yokes took it. Apparently they can be straightened pretty well but as its coming off someoneelses insurance (I hope!) I got a newun. Hope this helps, glang.

i sometimes think my bars are a bit to the right but i think this is to do with how i grip the bars and how i sit on the bike. Might be the same for you too

There's a slight bit of play with the locating tabs for the clip ons I found, that might have something to do with it.

Forks could be twisted in the yokes slightly....
