Default Anyone know a good Remus Exhaust Dealer.

Has anyone bought a Remus exhaust and got decent service - if so where did u get it from please.

I want to buy a Remus Powercone for my FZ1S, but i can't seem to find a dealer that can answer a few basic questions and give me a price.

I've e-mailed all the stockists that a google search throws up and not had a decent response as of yet. Their website also seems to be pretty cack.

I think Spannerman might be a Remus seller, funnily enough, he helped me with some questions on the powercones a while back.

How much is a full system for the sv? (pointy and curvy - looking to the future). Do they do a high level can for it? Just saw a second hander on ebay for £275. Is it unanimous that the remus is the best system for the sv?

Have you seen the one I have on my FZ1? It's a stubby CCC in carbon and as it's black blends well with the swingarm. Loud enough with buffle in as well

Weeeel. Do they even do full systems? Never seen one. They do the best slipon, IMO, but full systems are for tuning and power (and weight loss) and the Remus isn't for that, it's totally designed as an OEM replacement. You can sit a revolution on a full system but it'll choke it a little.

My full systems both cost me under £250, and one of 'em's entirely made of titanium but they bring with them fuelling headaches etc. Slipons are the way to go unless you're planning to tune the bike, which really doesn't make much sense.

Don't think Remus do a full system for the SV Dave.

Ah fair enough cheers.

Northwind
I've always assumed full systems were the way to go, plonk 'em on, upjet and drill the airbox. Are they really not worth it? Mine came with a full leovinci system (need to check it's been jetted right, but it's been okay thus far).
