I guess the beemer driver expected the bike to just hover and float over his/her car. Pity the driver will have been late for their highly important business meeting

Seen a YZF125 buried in an escort exactly the same way before.....very strange site seing a bike stood up with noone on it.
Plus going on the profile of the rear of the car and size comparison compared to the passat it looks like a 1 Series BMW?

 Still, considering the 'monsterous' engine is in the front, the KTM did veeeeery well

At least with proof like that, there's no way the beemer driver can dispute liability
