I've got two sets of dogbones in my pile of bike and need to know which are standard and which are aftermarket.
The oily hand of haynes doesn't say, so can anyone help as to the standard dogbone length? ta J |

Is 105mm measured at hole centres?
I've just bought a set of 40mm jack up dog bones from cj accessories. Trouble is the dog bones I've removed have 100mm centres and the jack up kit has 105mm centres! Surely my new dogbones will LOWER the back end ![]() ![]() Curvy btw. |

The longer the linkages the lower the bike.

Thanks Dave tha's what I thought.
So the 40mm jack up kit that has been sent to me is actually going to lower the back of my bike ![]() |
