Slight altercation with the tarmac this morning, literally slipped onto the floor on an island, im p!ssed off that it happened, kicking myself, but what the hell.
So, need a new brake pedal as they are made of chocolate and it broke, and a new bung, got the brackets etc...just the one of have is now a funny shape ![]() Can anyone help?!? |

Fone R&G for a new bung, someone else mentioned they do replacement bungs for £20.
Check ebay for a brake pedal, sure i seen one kicking about. |

pointy brake pedals are hard to find, ebay is a good shout, there are usually afew for curvys there.

or drill your old one and nut and bolt through it...
mines been like that for 10K miles so far... no problem...

aha my sv was like that - thanks to a friendly yorkshire man when I dropped it.. ! you know who you are..
could you look up fix a peg on here and use one of his bolt on ones? has it bent the actual lever?? if so you will need to get it off and heat it up in oil or something to try and slooowwllllyyyy bend it back.. Edit: just spent last ten mins lookin for you on e bay -- no wonder I never get owt done..

and here--- on same site for fixer peg-

Fantastic, just ordered a replacement peg, £6 and no postage - bargain!!
will grind the broken brake lever to nice smooth end and hey presto... I really chuffed with that thanks!!!! |

This is what the Org is all about , Its the best place on the net for that very reason.. I had sooooooooooo much help with my SV on here when I used to strip it and service it myself.. so its nice to pay it forward... glad you sorted
