Default Yoke pinch bolt torque?

I'm after the torque setting for the four pinch bolts around the yokes and forks, thank you

in my 20 year biking carer i have never used a torque wrench

i just do it up till its tight

According to Haynes, both top & bottom yoke torque is 23nm
on a curvey
