This is what I was given to drive yesterday as my combo van was in for a service:



I tell you I was like the Pied Piper as I came out of the dodgy flats! All the junkies had put down their Buckfast to come see!

I work in the Melrose office, but the post bus is the spare from the Galashiels office 4 miles away. GLR4 is the van.

Incidentally, they're doing away with the post bus service on April 5th this year. I sometimes do the collections in the afternoon for a bit of OT and there's some regulars who get on the bus. One of them is 99 years old - dunno what she'll do after they remove the service.
