Was doing some mods then had a prob!

Hi all

havent done much posting cos mainly I'm useless on computers but been learning. So today after months of being sick then lazy done some mods on my bike. They were
R&G Crash Bungs, and R&G Tail tidy with new smaller numberplate
Ermax Bellypan and Hugger,
Fuel Carbon Effect Stubby Exhaust.

Then disater strikes had bought a Accumen Charger and was goin to fit its aux leads to batery only to find that previous owner has rounded the head on the bolt that secures the seat in place. So am lookin for some
suggestions on what to do. Shoulda mentioned that I have a 2006s model in Candy Napoleon Blue.

is the actual bolt that holds the seat on or the one that holds the cover plates over the bolt that holds the seat?

if it's the former i think there's enough room to slot it with a dremel and use a large screwdriver to remove it

Cheers for the advice will give it a go was thinkin of just drilling it out as its the bolt to hold the seat to the frame. Shoulda made that clear sorry.

For the outer one I had been advised to tap a torx bit in there to get purchase, worked well for me but not so sure on the bigger one behind. best of luck with it though!

tbh i'd just slot if if possible or as above, hammer the next size torx bit in there
