I have two options in mind for my speedo before doing the upside down conversion to my 1st generation SV :
a)Install sensor on the front sprocket axle(just like GSXR) and correct with speedohealer b)Magnets in the front rotor and sensor c)Rear wheel sensor. I Know that some bikes (eg Ducati 999) have the speedo sensor on the rear wheel. Any info/ideas about rear wheel speed sensor are welcome, because the front sprocket axle idea requires opening hole on the left cover. If I can avoid it it would be good. Thanks! ![]() |

Someone was up early
![]() Put it on back wheel, northwind has done it this way and it seems to work fine. Spindle is same size so it works ok.
