As i said on the tellingbone, I am happy to fit in with any arrangements i just enjoy the riding the scenery the food the drink the company & just want to get there, i can do any night except Thursdays but suppose i could even manage it then if it was after 8.30pm or is that too late for you Mac, i know you have an earlier bedtime at your age .


KG, i wouldn't bother comming this far south mate, the beer is crap & there's very little square sausage although i do have some in the freezer.

i've signed a 3 month contract with my firm at the mo' so only days i'm available is on a sunday after 5pm

How about McD's Stanway on Sunday evening 5:00pm and we can go through things and get the YH's booked and arrange the Island Hopper tickets/route plus you can then arrange for anything you may specifically want to do while touring about. As it stands at the moment I have allowed for a visit to Bumbarton[en-route] and time to scale Wallace's Ornament.

I am one of life's followers, but do please consider Ardnamurchan Point in your deliberations at this top level meeting.

Tiger,I went down there in the car last summer and the road had a lot of gravel in the middle.
We,as you say can use the alternative ferry crossing and take in this point if so desired by getting an early morning ferry [7:20 OR 9:30]. Quite an intersting place and by getting the other ferry the extra ferry cost is cancelled by the reduced mileage.-------------------NICE ONE
