I went to ride my bike to work yesterday, as soon as i turned on my lights (main beam) everything went to s***. all 4 indicators come on instead of the main lights, when indicating the front indicators do the opposite to where i want to turn e.g. i indicate left the rear indicator flashes left and the front one flashes right?. the pass button makes all four indicators come on the same happens when i press the the horn. when i have the switch gear set to main beam the display turns off the rev counter and speedo read 0. also when i have it set to side lights or lights off and i indicate the speedo and revs read 0 and the main display keeps turning on and off as does the side light on the front.
any advice please help before i kick the F***ing thing over. ![]() |

Chaffed wiring loom? There are a number of pinch points in the loom where damage can occur.Round the headstock is one,and under the rider seat is another. Here the bolts that secure the seat can protrude into the loom. Also under the rear seat where the loom kinks around the subframe. As yours seems to be switchgear related Id look around the headstock first.

Yep look at the loom as it runs from the back lights to past the battery (panels off) as it tends to rub along there too.

Seems like some wires on your front loom might have worn and be contacting each other?
You will just have to check everything unfortunatly |
