Right then,
A few guys from work are planning a ride on saturday from Stoke. The range of experiences is as wide as it could get, from group riding virgins to rideout ******. ![]() We thought it might be nice to go east instead of west since none of us have really been out that way - hence the post in here. ![]() So, is it worth the time spent on the worlds most boring road (that would be the A50) to get somewhere nice down by the M1 maybe? Roads can't be too challenging - so no Cat n Fiddle / Snake Pass type twisties - and a nice pub for lunch ( ![]() So over to you...any ideas? ![]() |

Something along the lines of this???
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sour...,0.803375&z=10 If you don't fancy the Cat and Fiddle or the Snakes Pass i'd be careful on the A5004 aswell as the section along the A619. Hope that gets the ball rolling for you though....
