Default Scottoiler Fill Up

How do fill the little bottle up?

I searched for scottoiler on the forum but couldn't see a "how to fill it up" question just "where or how do you put it on the bike"

If there is a thread already showing this point me in the right direction and i'll save every repeating themselves

There is a tube that runs from under the seat into the top of the bottle is that it?

Alternate i can see the bottle is bolted on do you remove it and fill it up?

Cheers
Rich

There will be a square black piece of rubber plugged into the top of the Scottoiler just to one side near the adjuster knob for flow . It will be wedged into a channel of sorts , in the top of that bit of black rubber will be a round plastic spigot . You put the filler tube of your new oil into that once the filler tube has a white spigot in it , press into the black bit and squeeze your bottle , release , squeeze , etc ...... it`ll fill up in no time at all

And just in case , have a look here as well http://www.scottoiler.com/support_fitting.asp

I think you may also have to set the adjuster to the "Prime" position to do this , but remember to put it back to whatever setting it was on otherwise it will eject the oil out everywhere in no time at all on the first run you do
