They seem to work really well at getting all the bugs & grime off,and I have to buff the residue off with a soft cloth.
The visor comes up like new. a small pack of wipes & a soft cloth don't take up room and are fairly cheap but will it eat into the surface of the visor? |

nope, not done mine any harm yet. As long as you wipe with something dry after, otherwise it leaves a nice smear.

aren't baby wipes fantastic?
not only do they clean babies bums, but so many other things as well, leather sette's(now they do come up nice) lipstick off windows bugs of visors washing when the camp showers are broke oil from the floor when you forget to take your boots off after being in the garage and so many other things that "she" doesn't need to know about |

I use the little satchet wipes that I get from fast food places to clean my visor. I have a load of them in my pedestool at work from all the fast food lunches I've had. These also work a treat, and doesn't scratch my visor either.

I carry a pack of screenies, look like baby wipes but supposed to be for car windscreens.
I also have a small pump bottle filled with visor cleaner. no excuse for dead bugs on the visor. but getting the juicy ones off your power ranger suit is a bitch

"Will baby wipes damage my visor?"
That depends what they are in when they hit you...and how fast they are going. |

I have a pack of baby wipes in the garage, they also get the flies off your windscreen nicely, but as stated above they do smear if you leave them!
