Default Essex Lounge meets

Where shall we meet, folks?

Cast your vote, then add a reason, if you like.

If it is 7pm on a Friday then as long as I can sneak out of work early the Huntsman would work for me - and I'm sure Stu would come along on his Dakar as he really enjoyed the ride out until he had to leave at Writtle.

How many times has this topic come up?!

How Many times do we end up going for Battlesbridge due to it being easy to get to by everyone..........

OK by me,just seemed better than the Hawk, and I suggest people actually visit the place if they haven't already done so before casting a vote.
I am voting for me and not taking other peoples needs into consideration as I have done in the past. I haven't really enjoyed the Hawk the last few times I have been there and already decided to give it a miss.

My 2penneth worth - I haven't voted because, although I would settle for the H & H over the Hawk (I've never particularly liked the Hawk), I feel there must be somewhere more accessible (Mid-Essex) to everybody in Essex (as has been discussed before).

Also the H & H is a far nicer ride to get to than the Hawk but new people who join the forum may not come along because it's not that easy to find.

The same could be said for Frith St with us in the Soho Massive - maps dont really show the maze of one-way systems involved.

All it needs is for a Newbie to post they would like to come and for someone in their area to meet and guide them in, or worst case, meet them in Althorne at the Coach place and show the way.

Oh and I would vote H&H if my vote counted, if only because there is indoor and outdoor seating, the prices are good and the Landlord is brilliant.

Sorry for interloping, but as the regular Soho Newbie Guider-iner I felt I had something to say (especially as Messie has been one of the victims to my riding/guiding skills/style)
