I had the cheap ones for a wee while, one lasted about 2 months, the other went in the bin.
Osram nightbreakers replaced them, stunning bulb comparred to thre OE ones. |

Dont bother, absolute she height at night, as i found out when i ran into a slight ditch and luckily managed to keep the bike up...
Osram nightbreakers get my vote as well, very good bulbs, or get a hid kit ![]() |

Nah cheap chav muck. That is a normal bulb painted blue, and a cheap one at that.
Get osram nightbreaker.

Another vote for OSram nightbreakers, I have them in the bike and in the car. I fitted white LEDs for sidelights too, in both the SV and my car.

Is it bright, or just blue?

You get one or other with a standard bulb - either very blue but not bright or very bright but not blue as the blue filter cuts out light
If you want both you need a 6000k HID kit. |

Slighlty brighter (appearing) and much whiter. Not tested in the dark now you mention it though. Daytime it definitely appears brighter.
