With that in mind.....which was the scariest enemy? The choices: the master the cybermen the daleks the sontarons the autons the sea-devils Bonnie Langford A.n.other Sorry - forgot to add the poll button! |

My earliest memory of Doctor Who was the sea devils coming out the water. I was terrified and hid behind the sofa(I was only about 5 or 6 honest). So they win for me.

The huge maggots from The Green Death scared the living daylights out of me.
![]() The Sea Devils were also pretty scary. I was never scared by the Daleks or the Cybermen, I thought they were cool! ![]()

The only things ever to make me cower behind a cushion on the sofa were the daleks (as a very young child I might add!). Cybermen were just pushovers in comparison.
