Default Cheap SV project

I'm after something for under a grand. It needs to be preety much mechanically solid but I dont mind if its been down the road, plastics destroyed etc. Ideally road worthy but I can arrange transport.

If you are still interested, when I dind out, I got a 2000 SV650S that needs new fairing, screen, rear-sets, front tyre and exhaust.

But, I am waiting on the Police to tell me who was to blame for the RTC (the lorry driver or I.)
