Shed refurb

OK I seem to have fallen into the trap of quite a few people on here and now own more than one SV, (or will do after collecting the new one next weekend) and I have a CBR125 I need to service before I sell it.
I've got a second shed which is just used for storage at the mo and is a bit grotty inside.

I was thinking of lining the walls with MDF, possibly filling with insulation.
the bit I'm stuck on is flooring, it has concrete down in there, I might just leave that and stick a camping mat down when I need it but I wondered if there was a better solution?

wouldn't use MDF in case it gets damp or springs a leak. It will grow mould and dissolve in front of your eyes. Exterior grade plywood, or that really coarse chipboard stuff they use for shed roofs and floors - it's made with waterproof glue.

How is it grotty? If it's dirty, just clean it.

If you going to be on your knees a lot, B&Q sell garage matting which will ease the pain.

Brett, as someone said dont use MDF, that stuff needs to be in 100% dry environment, exterior grade ply will last a lot longer.
You could tack some plastic on studs over insulation if you wanna do it proper, this will keep the moisture away from the inner boarding.
Or use single sided bitumen coated ply, put bitumen side on inner of cavity, will stink for a while but will stop moisture.

Yep. MDF will grow to about 5x its original thickness if it gets exposed to enough water. Exterior ply is a bit pricey for the application. I'd just use 6mm hardy (cement fibre) board.
