Do they have to be hooked to handle rear bobbins? I'm looking for a rear paddock stand for my pointy which has them...

ABBA stand is not as quick / convenient as a paddock stand. Useful for the workshop but not for every day IMO.

£90 is out of my budget range. Was looking more along the lines of £30 for something sturdy that's not going to drop my bike

IIRC, Busters/M&P do a front and rear stand package for circa £45.
