Bike Safe - West Midlands - SV650.org

Just took a look at the bike safe website for westmids they are now offering it for free!

Just to let you know I've spoken with the officer who runs this directly. The website hasn't been updated this year and in fact the Bikesafe being for "free" was for last years. He has informed me that funding has been applied for 2010, but has yet to be approved.

They are also going to be honouring those from 2009 who were unable to get on the Bikesafe course last year, first. Like you, my name is down, but whether they get funding and whether we are likely to get on the list is not known. In previous years the WMids BS has been massively over-subscribed.

Lets just hope that the budget cuts for 2010 have not hindered this.
