Can't remember the name of the area that has all the electronic stores but that's worth a look around.
Shinjuku district
Imperial Palace
Observation tower of the government buildings at sunset - great view of Mt. Fuji

It's been so long since I since I was there, and only working for a week so didnt get much time to look around.

It depends what you want and what you want to see
Akiabara for cheap electronics and cool gadgets.
Shibuya is hte central business district, it has a crazy crossroads and some shopping.
Ginza for upmarket shopping
