the bird should get her provisional through the post soon and I'm going to buy her a batch of lessons - being the tight jock i am tempted to go to AA as i'm a member and get a discount...has anyone used them before? any recommendations for them or horror stories?

All driving instructors are self employed individuals so AA, BSM, RED, independent... makes no difference really. It's the instructor, not the banner they work under, that matters (I am BSM by the way so I could have been biased but the truth generally works better).

I used them, tbh its all going to be down to the instructor, my mum and dad had house insurance with the AA at the time so i got mine cheap too, i never had problems when i bought more lssons with them over the phone

I used and passed with the AA 11 years ago. They had nice cars. The good old days when driving a little festa and thinking it was fast
![]() Its all down to the teacher as stated.
